The Triassic prolaciteriform, Tanytrachelos. Closely related the the European Tanystropheus, it is unsure what sort of lifestyle these unusual animals may have led. One recent idea is that these animals were swimmers, hunting fish and other small aquatic vertebrates. This is how Tanytrachelos has been restored here.
